Return Policy
 

RETURNS


To arrange for a return, simply call our Customer Service department and obtain a RMA number. The following conditions must be complied:

Ø       All return items must be made to our customer service department within 5 days of delivery.

Ø       All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.

Ø       All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition.

Ø       Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven 5 days of delivery.

Ø       Shipping charges will apply on some returns.

Exceptions


The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:

Ø       Opened small equipment.

Ø       Controlled drugs.

Ø       Hazardous items.

Ø       Expired products.

Ø       Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

 

Prescription Drug Returns:


The Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) requires any customer returning prescription drugs to complete and return a Prescription Drug Return Authorization form. please contact Customer Service regarding a return.
