Enamel

Hard and highly mineralized substance that covers the dental crown. Dental enamel considered the hardest substance of the body.

 

Enamel Fluorosis

Enamel fluorosis is an extra intake of fluoride during the years of tooth development causing defects in teeth enamel.


 

Endodontist

A specialty of dentistry limited to treating diseases and injuries of the pulp and the tissues surrounding the root of the tooth.

 

Excision

A surgical procedure to completely remove bone or tissues.

 

Extraction
