What can I do to fight an infection that has spread to my nerves... and down the back of my neck?
Hello, I am 32 yrs. old and have 4 impacted and neglected wisdom teeth. I have needed to have these removed for a long time. I have not had, nor do I currently, have health or dental insurance or the money to have this taken care of out of pocket. This has been the main reason for my neglect.

The current state of two of my wisdom teeth (one upper and one lower on opposite sides) is that the teeth have decayed so badly that part of the teeth are now non-existent. This has left a "hole" that goes down/up into the root.

I fear that they have become infected and my worst fear is that the nerves are now infected. I have pain and soreness that has moved over time from the jawline to the back of my neck and is currently in the middle of my back (along the spine). Are these symptoms of an infection that has spread to my nerves? If so, is there anything I can do on my own to help fight the infection? What should I do... since I have no money and no insurance?

Please help... I am scared.

That's really serious issue. You must consult with the periodontist.
